Property is in conjuncted area, even riksha cannot reach there. The way property guy took was also not good. Property from inside was fine.

Very much satisfied with his kitchen service and hospitality is much better.

Food quality including service was worst. We had to walk a long to reach hotel as there was no entry which they didn't mention earlier. What they showed about room in their link wad completely different. Room was very small. Overall experience was worst.

Everything was ok except that the hotel is located in a narrow lane. However it is a five mins' walk to Dasaswamedh Ghat road.

Best location for devotees traveling with minimum luggage, and very near to ganga ghat and kashi vishwanath mandir. Har har mahadev.

Amazing and wonderful stay. Staff, owner and all ambience is so good. Everything is in near by hotel.

The standard room given to me was very cramped and small, guests talking next room could be easily heard in your room and that too very loud and clear which was quite disturbing if u are sick or in case ypu want to sleep after a long day. The good part was that the service was nice, location and proximity to dashashvmegh ghat was good. Overall if you are willing to try a new experience with bengali sweets around and shiv-lings too, the lane and the location is quite interesting. If you are willing to brave the crowds and enormous ones on the roads once out of the lanes of the hotel this place is certainly meant for you. I rate the experience average, since i have never in my life ever stayed in that small a room and the same was not changed despite my requests.

Hotel situated at very narrow road, no ventilation system in the room, room cleaning system as per hotel schedule if you want as per your convenience they denied, hotel manager speaks very polite

It’s unsuitable to stay. You can’t reach to the hotel. There is no road. Hotel staff is very poor. Even the staff is not professional.

Stay at bacchan palace was a great experiance, it is located near dasaswamedh ghat, room was well furnished, all time running water, fully ac room, you can also order food their restaurant, food was good.

Hotel is in a street. So cannot approach it by any four wheeler or three wheeler.

Ammenities were good. Ac good. All locations nearby. Managers are very soft spoken. Food bit pricey!

Excellent property location. Found the hotel same has shown in the picture. Location is also excellent. Just one thing, too far from varanasi junction. You have to reach by foot for approx 900 meter since there is no entry for three/four wheelers

We stayed here for one day for the memorable day of dev deepavali, we have paid near about for two rooms. That is much higher than expected. As per previous conversation with the hotel owner we have reached there at 10 am but the room provides us at 12:30. But already we have said at-least one room will provide for early check-in. The hotel has one roof top cafe that look nice & gives you freshness at evening time.

The room size is normal and the services are good but the bathroom accessories need to be improved to provide a toilet shower.

Overall nice experience, food was good and the hotel is very near to dashashwamedh ghat (walking distance. However hotel is situated in very narrow lanes which is not suitable for senior citizens.

Good rooms with proper spaces, in staff services are ok, hotel pantry is hopeless and always delays in the orders no proper response, only best thing of hotel is it is very near to kashi vishwanath temple and dashashwamedh ghat so overall i would rate 2. 5/5
