not properly cleaning staff. not good rooms as shown in pics plus the hot water facility is very bad. good point nearby st stand..good for solo and boys group

I had booked the Super AC Deluxe Room for 2 Nights by paying and when I checked I Noticed that Bedsheets were stained , Telivision were not functional, frequent power cut, No Water bottle No response from Hotel Manager /Owner even after complaining multiple times , I also called MakeMy Trip for Support multiple times but response and also no compensation recyyet

Tv is not working, only one caretaker handle whole hotel, no internet all the time, towels are not in good condition

Location is at congested narrow road. No parking facility for car. There is no restaurant for food. Rooms are very bad. No latches in bathroom. Provided dirty blankets and provided 1 bath towel for 3 persons. No hand towel provided.

Room and premises was clean. Pretty much near to market. Tv and wifi was included in the amenities. Tv was operational only for 1 day and no wifi at all for entire stay. Washrooms for waiting travellers could also have been better.

Room and location is great. As mahabaleshwar market is near by. No hot water for 1 day in 3 days stay. Rest stay was great. They must start in-house tea and coffee facility as it's winter place
