Stay at hotel balwas is always comfortable. Staff is courteous, polite and well dressed. I prefer to stay in this hotel as it is very near to railway station and gujarat state bus stand.

Hotel balwas is located very near to railway station. Breakfast provided is of good quality and is prepared everyday. Apart from this, the staff is courteous and room service provided is prompt.

I really got more than my expectations in hotel balwas near surat railway station. Everything was fine and excellent. Good nature d receptionist and best services on single call. The location is perfect hope ut had a restraunt. Though they allowed swiggy zomato and they had room service too service was very good i was a little uncomfortable first 2 days in the room i stayed but then the manager and hotel staff was very cooperative and changed my room. I had an extended stay too. Thanks team balwas

It was nice stay at hotel balwas, room was good amd enough for 4 person, staff was very kind and responsive
