The room was very clean. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The geyser wasn't warming the water up for a little while but resumed working the next morning. A great experience overall

age experience on stay, staffs are okay be aware of higher prices on stay even if you stay 1 min extra they will charge full day

The property is good but expensive, regarding food lots and lot improvements are required. Very poorly quality of food was served, with in a couple of hours the quality was deteriorated.

The price is very high. Very few people to run the hotel. Issue with connecting to the hotel phone. At-least drinking water should be given daily

Rooms are too small and congested. Entrance is on first floor and without lift. A small house converted to a hotel. No english paper even in the lobby

A budget hotel with basic amenities, located very close to bhu. However, there is no restaurant attached with the hotel. Room service is also not prompt and requires improvement.
