Check in was easy and smooth. To our pleasant surprise the room was as shown in picture. If you find the things to need in room, you can also ask the reception and they will provide it. Really nice staffs. I enjoyed my stay here.

Room facility, washroom, room service was amazing. We booked 2 rooms for our trip in Mount Abu and my parents love the hotel. Food was also good. Overall with chilling weather of Abu this hotel makes our family trip memorable. Fully satisfied with hotel services.
