Terrible Stay
The staff is not so welcoming. They don’t consider any complaints and just want more money. Doesn’t seem good to be a good fit for hospitality industry. The room service was terrible. Terrible experience.

Excellent Stay
Stay was really pleasant. Service was great. Food was superb delicious. It will be my go to place whenever I will come to Jamshedpur.

good budget hote
Hotel Ambience was really good . Breakfast & Lunch/Dinner taste is very good but with very limited option. As the property is new they required touch of professionalism

Good and comfortable stay.
familyAll staffs in general from front desk to house keeping were very courteous and were readily available to meet our needs. Food was good and breakfast spread was excellent. The premises was maintained neat and clean with dedicated staff cleaning the floor constantly. Overall the experience was good. This is the second time I am using this facilities. My previous trip was in June 2024 and the services is improved this time. Hope they will not let down the standard.

Excellent Stay
soloThe hotel was clean & hygienic. Staffs were very polite and cheerful. Food was tasty. I had idle & peanut coconut chatni in the breakfast. It was awesome. It was a nice stay.

Room service needs improvement
Both check-in and check out experience with the staff at the front desk were very good. They were cordial. The services at the in-house restaurant were also very good. The quality of the food and rates were reasonable. However, room service amenities were not up to the mark. Though the room was booked for 2 individuals, only one set of incomplete kits was found in the room. As we noticed it late in the night, we did not ask them to provide for the second person. This should have been provided without asking. Secondly the room was not cleaned during the second day of our stay. Appears to be shortage of staff for room service. Besides the above-mentioned 2 issues, our stay was comfortable.
