You did not even talk in the hotel with the host. Rooms was same as it was shown in the pics. You did not even complaint about anything while you were in the hotel during your stay.
location difficult. ,............................
I got too much difficulty getting the location of the property. The hotel location placed the wrong pin on the Google map.

Hotel clearly told you that local auto will try to misguide you with location and hotel Also told you to talk with auto at the time of Boarding. If you will not and go on wrong way. Its your fault not hotel. And this stain on bedsheet is done by you at the time of checkout.
Poor Stay
Hotel is 1.3 Km from Shree Mahakal temple. Wall of room is dirty, cleaning is not good. Staff was not cooperative. Bedsheet and pillow cover was not clean. Bathroom is not clean. I am not satisfied in this cost. Very expensive as per cleaning.

Hotel is very near just 200 mtr to mahakal Temple. You might took a long way to reach temple. Everything is clean in the room. Infact You called to change the clean bedsheets of room when you checked in and staff also changed it. Even in the 2 days you didn't complaint the reception desk about anything in room. Your expectations was very much with your budget.

Good Stay
Property is decent for stay as well as host and staff are also good. Accommodation was clean also not much far from temple.

Very poor service
Rooms offered are very small in size compared to displayed in pics, lack of cleanliness, Walls are damp and cracked, used towel offered while demand for it, Not worth for paying Rs. 1900 per day for such a poor facility.

Room shown to u at the time of checkin . Also offered you alternate room available at that time but you want to stay in that room as you have budget issue . You 4 adults in which 13 year old boy.

It’s neither very close to temple nor very clean. It was average. As per price, it should be more cleaned.

Room is completely clean and hygienic and just walking distance from temple.You checked in at 9pm in morning and when asked for checkout you said to keep the luggage till night 10pm. When hotel asked you to keep the room on halfday you said no and checkout. That's the reason you are not giving good rating here.
Barsana hotel - a good & affordable
My experience at barsana in ujjain has been very good. People there are very cooperative. Cleanliness was good. Overall experience there has been very nice.

Terrible Stay
Had a terrible experience in this hotel. Rooms were not clean and no hotwater facility is available in the hotel. We requested the hotel management to clean the rooms multiple times but they never cleaned. We upgraded to an ac room and the hotel staffs keep switching off the ac and we had to request them multiple times to switch on the ac

Rooms were completely clean and ac was completely working during your stay. You are unnecessary disturbing the staff to clean the already clean rooms. Seems like your expectations are much high matching your budget
