I had a lovely stay at basant vihar hotel. The staff was courteous, prompt and very helpful. The check out and check in was super smooth. The rooms were majestic, clean and has nice big bathroom. The breakfast was sumptuous and tasty. The food was very good but they could increase the quantity a bit. Overall i will recommend this hotel.

Well maintained rooms! Courteous staff. nearby from city centre so transport is easy!! Prefer auto over car for roaming around!!

One of the finest property in bikaner, amazing palace with urban facilities. We have 2 rooms there around new years. Just wow specially the white room was a attraction over there. Breakfast spread was good. Hotel is owned by owner of bikaji bhujiya group.

Our stay at Basant Bihar palace was a pleasant one. Rooms are excellent and decor is wonderfully crafted. A big lawn would definitely please your mind and refresh every morning. The staffs at restaurants took extra care for any special needs or adjustments we asked for. Would love to stay again next time. Thank you🙂🙏

We had a good experience at Basant Vihar Palace The rooms are clean and well appointed with all the basic facilities. The food is pure vegetarian but was quite tasty. The property is also very beautiful with large lawns. The staff was quite helpful and arranged for a person to clean the car. Service was always quick and prompt. All in all, a very good stay and very much recommended.

Location was very good, staff was very nice, food was awesome. In my whole trip this hotel was best. Thanks MMT awesome
