The hotel is in close proximity to all the temples. It was the hospitality & really good customer service which distinguished it from other hotels. Will highly recommend & definitely return again.

Everything was fine. Especially the room service. Food is expensive as usual everyone's saying. Bathroom flush was not working. Cleanliness was there. Nice washed pillows blankets and towels.

I travel-led with my family, hotel basera brij bhoomi was very, very comfortable and budget friendly. Rooms were very neat and clean. Hygiene was maintained at its best. Staff was also very helpful. Overall, i enjoyed my stay and i would recommend to everybody.

It was a great stay. The hotel is located right on the main road at atalla chungi. You can get public transport easily to go to prem mandir or banke bihari mandir which are within the range of 2. 5 kms from the hotel. Its food is also great. But they do nit have buffet as part of their breakfast offering. They have a separate menu for breakfast for people who had opted for a breakfast inclusive deal. Do ask about the portion size while ordering food. Their portion size is hood enough.

Excellent stay. Hotel basera is centrally located near all major temples in vrindavan. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Transport available all the time outside the entrance. Food at hotel was satvik and very delicious.

Location is good and centrally located. One can take autos to either banke biharji darshan or iskon. Staff is courteous and helpful. Restaurant services is also good. But give time to serve. Also try north indian rather than any other cuisine.
