Room was clean and well maintained. Good staff behaviour. Location also calm and nearby viswa bharti campus. Good thing is that they can arrange toto/auto/cab for your tour.

Very good hotel with all the basic facilities. Rooms were clean. Food was good. But no intercom so service is little late. Location is not far from Bolpur railway station. We had booked AC rooms so the AC was performed well. Staff was very co operative and helpful. If you want a weekend in Shantiniketan then this hotel is good. Little far from University campus overall I recommend this hotel.

It was a very average stay. Rooms were pretty average and the food option is very limited that too the price is not so moderate. The location is very deep in to an alley and getting transportation is a very challenging issue from the hotel. There is a toto who is stationed at the entrance of the hotel( name: asghar, i request everyone to be aware of him as he will try to fraud you with exorbitant fares that too for a short distance, please be very careful. I would not recommend the hotel for stay for location, food etc

The hotel rooms were okay. There was no wifi. The staff were also helpful, except for the owner (lady) who seemed a bit indifferent. Other than that, the property is quite pretty looking.

Everything is good.staff should be little more organized .otherwise everything good...in good location.nearby all spots.only thing they need work on Breskfast quantity.I ordered one plate bread butter & one plate bread jam.they provided 2 smallest pieces of bread each plate.it should be standard quantity while taking good amount from customer

Located inside residential locality distant from township. Very lonely & isolated. Staff are not trained & educated to serve in a hospitality business. Although they tried to give good services. Room was clean & size was comfortable. Food was not good. Both quantity and quality was poor Left with no memorable experience.

Quite inside and at peaceful location. In dark bit risky to travel from main road to hotel. Staff is good but do not know speaking Hindi. Rooms are OK but be careful on knowing which knob is hot water knob in bathroom.

Very ordinary overall experience of the stay, very few staff, very ordinary restaurant, no basic amenities in the room, no intercoms, no mineral water, no toothpaste,. Had to remind them twice about complimentary breakfast, un willing to accept card.

The word " serving " probably does not pertains in their dictionary. No amenities. No bellboy is available at any point of time.
