The location is wonderful. If someone is looking for a peaceful himalayan village stay with all the modern amenities, this is it. The service is great. The food was good as well. Loved the view from the private balcony of the baspa suit. Also the adjacent apple orchards adds to the experience. Highly recommend.

Great property tucked away in a remote corner of batseri village which is on the way to chitkul. Comfortable rooms and attentive staff. And the living in the midst of nature. Towering mountains, snow clad peaks, pine trees all around, a short walk through an apple orchard tp reach and over and above that baspa flowing at its own pace. One can’t ask for anything else

The hotel owner and staff exactly knows that you are coming out of a hectic life schedule to get a peaceful experience hence make all the possible efforts to give the best possible experience. Surroundings, food, cleanliness this hotel is the best in all departments in the entire sangla valley. A perfect stay for people travel-ling with families. So big thank you to dr. Arun, mr. The location is excellent. Property and rooms are clean. However one need to cover 400m from the parking lot to reach the hotel. Except for this the staff will not leave any scope for anyone to complain.

The hotel is located right in front of the baspa river and the view from the front facing rooms is amazing. The food is very nice. The hospitality is great with mr. Negi and other staff on board. The rooms and bathrooms are excellent.

Around 10 km away from the town of Sangla, there's a picturesque village called Batseri. This hotel is situated in the village of Batseri and hands down. The best hotel in all of Sangla, Batseri, and Rakchham. A 500-meter walk from the car park to the hotel through an apple garden would set your mood at the very beginning. Then comes the beautiful hotel with the Baspa river leading your eyes into the mighty snowy mountains, surrounded by greens of trees, a beautiful landscape has been painted by nature and to top all that you can simply sit by your window to enjoy this beautiful landscape all day.

It was one of our best Hotel stays. From the staff to the Hotel room, everything was on point. It wasn't just a Hotel stay, but, it adds up in our favourite memories. The bonfire, the whiskey, the friends and cold breezes, it was really an amazing experience up there. Thanks team Hotel Batseri

I really liked the location and Hotel. The view from Hotel is awesome. You can relax and feel at peace. Hotel's staff includes extremely courteous and soft spoken people. You will feel at home and really enjoy the place. You can also go for trekking and enjoy River crossing there. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Our room had an amazing outside view. The food was awesome and so was the hospitality of the guys managing the ground level jobs. All very courteous, sweet and ready to help kind of people.

Helpful staff, decent food and awesome location. The roads en-route are bad but adds to the experience. Be warned blasts may happen en-route after Rampur between 11 and 3 with Road blocks. So start early.
