staff started from reception , house keeping and pantry staffs are very cordial. and well mannered. food hygiene need to be improved

this hotel available in vipul plaza building on 10th floor and will provide basement parking for free. Rooms are big and well furnished,one can stay . no complaint regarding room but overall cleanness i will give good.

Check in, service and breakfast were of very good quality. However the bed headrest area and toilets need to be better cleaned. Toilets are need of a thorough cleaning. Staff very polite and helpful.

TV was not functioning and food, specially breakfast was horrible. We had 2 breakfasts and not even one dish was worth eating. It was a very Soothing experience, The rooms were fresh with the right ambience, Food served was delicious and location of the Hotel is prime and suited my preference. I would definitely prefer this Hotel in my future visits to Faridabad.

I had a terrible experience during my stay. The property was dirty and poorly maintained. To make things worse, the room door lock was damaged, making me feel unsafe throughout my stay. Very disappointing and not at all what I expected.

A nice place like a home , you can stay here every time with family friends or groups. you can enjoy your Holiday.
