excellent beautiful property larger room size and comfortable, i had dinner in restaurant food was delicious but i must say service staff must learn patience i dont know they all are in hurry running here and there , totally don't know hospitality. and the worst experience was breakfast , i ordered dosa , at first it was not cooked and crispy and i said change it please and after a long waiting time they get the new and guess what , service staff gave the half piece , and for condiments also i need to ask can u please bring coconut chutney and sambhar , she said yes and just vanished . my dosa is on table , then i went to bring sambhar from myself . now no bowls for sambhar , in restaurant there is no table setup for plate and cutlery for breakfast we camenat 9:15 but everything was in mess . i asked a staff where can we sir he said sir kahi bhi beth jao . i said table saaf to karwa do atleast. to conclude i can say staff behaviour is not good at all . property is beautiful, food is also good but they dont know how to run a restaurant, service team is not professional at all , because of this restaurant experience was a mess

they r looting the people.they swiped my card double and now they r making fool.that we will return the extra amount tomorrow or in the evening but they are not refunded my money

This is a fantastic hotel to stay. Outside ludhiana traffic. Very beautiful rooms and helpful staff. It is worth staying in this hotel specially if you are travellimg with your family.

Staff service is very bad. They are very slow in work
