Review Of Hotel Best Elegance

Had a pleasant stay. Good service and nice staffs. Room and washroom was exactly as in the photos. Amenities were in good condition also. Was getting some unpleasant smells which could have been rectified.

when we entered electricity was down...we hav called customer care for refund but didn't get anything till now

Hotel location was good but other amenities are terrible, no wi fi , no tv, 2 paper glass for 3 days, no food option overall its a mess

Pleasant and comfortable stay as I had work near Gandhinagar. Centrally located, to Gift City no food served, but friendly staff. No chairs in the room. I was not served water as I was carrying water. Overall a good hotel.

The room was clean and staff was great. The location of hotel is close to kudasan where you can get anything from basic amenities to good dine in restaurants.

The stay was not good. Had to change room once because the bedsheet was not clean. The second room had the issue with room lock which did not close. So had to leave it early morning and the room wad being cleaned after i reached the stay.

Hotel best elegance is a lounge with only basic facilities. It doesn't provide food provision in their premises. Neither restaurants are available near the locality. So it is not for family stay but suitable for relax only

The room was very good, but the washroom should be cleaner. There was a bed smell in the washroom. The rest was good.

The hotel is ok but the staff is not capable enough to serve, no room cleaning, i provided a room without proper cleaning and the bathroom was used as it is. They ask rs. 600 for early check in where room was available (even one hour is not allowed)

There was no water since night at my room, the ac was not cooling the room properly. On top of that the hotel asked me to pay extra as i checked in early on 7 morning instead of 11 which i had called the hotel and confirmed on call the hotel didn’t tell me anything about paying extra that time and demanded extra money later.

The hotel was new and was well decorated but lacked cleanliness, as i suppose it should be well cleaned as being new. Overall the stay was pretty comfortable.

Very basic hotel rooms, hygiene and room cleanliness needs to be improved, room service needs drastic improvements, and as smoking was allowed in nearby rooms, i felt uncomfortable as times. Since it is a new property the hotel can take these improvement points.
