The room was very good, but the washroom should be cleaner. There was a bed smell in the washroom. The rest was good.

The hotel was new and was well decorated but lacked cleanliness, as i suppose it should be well cleaned as being new. Overall the stay was pretty comfortable.

The hotel is ok but the staff is not capable enough to serve, no room cleaning, i provided a room without proper cleaning and the bathroom was used as it is. They ask rs. 600 for early check in where room was available (even one hour is not allowed)

Very basic hotel rooms, hygiene and room cleanliness needs to be improved, room service needs drastic improvements, and as smoking was allowed in nearby rooms, i felt uncomfortable as times. Since it is a new property the hotel can take these improvement points.

There was no water since night at my room, the ac was not cooling the room properly. On top of that the hotel asked me to pay extra as i checked in early on 7 morning instead of 11 which i had called the hotel and confirmed on call the hotel didn’t tell me anything about paying extra that time and demanded extra money later.
