Two positives they have a nice big secure car park, very important for those making a road trip secondly they employ a lot of handicapped people hence providing them employment lots of negatives service is extremely slow found a bed bug, on the bed. They readily agreed to change the room but that took around an hour. We were too scared to sit anywhere during that time. They need to make it very clear to customers about ac use. We had booked through mmt a delux ac room and they wanted to charge the use of the ac separately. We showed them our booking and they apologized. This needs to be communicated clearly. Room and bathroom needs to be more clean.

Stay in bishaal in hotel for office tour purpose. Hotel room not cleaned, bed sheet not clean, overall is bad
