Review Of Hotel BKC Crown - Near Trade Centre, Visa Consulate

The hotel is in a great location, close to Bandra Kurla Complex. Staff were very friendly and always ready to help. Room was clean and Wi-Fi worked well. Worth the money.

This is not even a hotel. This is actually a lodge. It is one floor in a dilapidated building where you are given a Medi mix. So bar and two sections of clinic plus shampoo to exist. There is mugs and buckets in the bathroom and the hotel staff goes around the hotel in West. It is bad. It is the worst. It's falls your name make my trip.

The surrounding area is unhygienic and located part of slum. During our stay, we even lost parts of our vehicle because there is no proper parking facility, despite claims otherwise. The room provided was far smaller than what was shown in the pictures and promised at the time of booking. Overall, this has been the worst experience — both in terms of stay and vehicle safety. I strongly request MakeMyTrip to remove this hotel from their listings.

Shower not working, terrible location,1 lift not working,price to high compare to other hotels

the entrance is shared by many so-called hotels and shops. The location has open garages and garbage around. If you get a room with a window, then there will be air conditioners sitting for a view! being on the 9th floor, it has 2 lifts shared by the entire building. Upon inquiring, we were told that there was a fire exit in case of emergency. however, the hotel has an "H"- shaped plan, and some rooms could be in danger in case of fire unless there is another fire escape. No fire exit is actually prominently marked. There is no escape plan pasted on the inside of the room door. Scary experience

Stay was very horrible, at night there was sound for rat running on the roof. Hotel surrounding was pathetic . Once I have to extend for an 30 minutes they doesn’t want give . and the condition of the room also in pathetic condition

I had a very disappointing experience at BKC Crown Hotel, Mumbai. First and foremost, the location is not at all ideal – it’s in a poorly maintained area with very limited food options nearby. You’re practically forced to eat at the hotel’s own restaurant, which is overpriced and average at best. To make things worse, there’s no flexibility in commuting options. The hotel seems to have some fixed arrangement with local rickshaw drivers, who charge an absurd Rs. 100 for a 2-minute ride. It feels like you’re being taken advantage of, especially when you’re already stuck without alternatives. Would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or convenient stay in Mumbai. You can find much better options in this price range with more transparency and accessibility.

Location is Best and food quality is good amenities & service are best out best I visited BKC crown two times. Every time I go to BKC crown my review was superb.

Terrible service and no parking and faculty giving very bad service with terrible language and bad language and no mindset to serve. Especially the receptionist was very irritating and the staff was using very bad language
