I recently stayed at bless inn in new delhi, and it was an exceptional experience. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easily accessible to popular attractions like connaught place and india gate. The proximity to public transport, including the metro, was a major plus for hassle-free commuting. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and offered a cozy ambience. My room was spacious, equipped with modern amenities like a flat-screen tv, air conditioning, and free wi-fi, ensuring a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were fresh and spotless. The bathroom was well-kept, with hot water available at all times. The staff at bless inn truly stood out. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. From a quick and smooth check-in process to their helpful tips about nearby attractions, their hospitality was impressive. Room was decent, staff was responsive. Few improvements needed on daily room service routine like cleaning, default things keeping etc. Etc. Basic needs like ac, hot water need to be regular

Quite close to delhi main railway station, connaught place and few other landmarks. Room is quite small, beds / lined are clean. There are small eating joints and a main bazar in the vicinity. Area seems popular for backpackers too. The road and area around are very crowded and dirty (could be worse during rain). Room's ac works. No window, courteous and helpful staff. Families stay at the hotel. Note. When you use taxi apps from airport, it routes though a narrow alley, where cars dont go, the hotel is on a broad road with proper access through another route. All in all, its worth the price - for a short stay at a central location.

I expected the stay at bless inn to be a good one. But to my shock and surprise it was quiet a cubicle kind of room that was provided. Although, still it completed the purpose. But still not the hype.

It was a pathetic experience at hotel bless inn. I booked via mmt, paid in advance in a no-cancellation booking. After reaching the venue the manager said "i should have called before booking the hotel" as his hotel in full and he does not has rooms. I have travel-led all over india but never heard such a bizarre thing. After arguing for about 30 mins he gave me a room, however that was a smaller room. I called mm t thrice for partial refund as room was half the size i booked but i did not receive any updates from them even after 24hrs

The room was dirty. The bed linen was torn and dirty and the staff became aggressive when the issue was raised. There were exposed live electrical wires next to the sink in the dirty bathroom. There was a violent confrontation taking place in the lobby involving 3-4 staff and around 5 other people

The hotel denied access stating they just happen to miss the booking even when the full payment was done in advance. Then they insisted to shift to a nearby hotel which was very shady and sub-standard.

Very bad service, the reception person has very bad behaviour with customers. They have no manners, they try to make customers fool. A very very very bad hotel in delhi.

Worst, gave small room of 100 sq-ft mentioned room was 300, changed to slightly big room next day only because i showed them 300sqft was mentioned, wont recommend, said mmt booking are not accepted, hotel is renovated but no ventilation, staff are nit kind, only the person helped me with luggage was kind. Another receptionist asked me to cancel the booking, he was rude, one with less hair, if i wasnt with my family there i would have made him learn a lesson,
