no landline phone call answer, no bath towel, asking for slippers and getting it after a long time. unprofessional staff. no staff on desk when I went for check out.

food quality not good, service is very poor and reception staff language very bad so I am not stay this hotal in future and not refrence any friends for this hotal.

The taps were broken for toilet the light switch were broken food was average location was good

my meal amount was 1034 but they charged me 1847 and I asked to refund my amount just they gave me lollipop and lollipop...

My meal amount was 1054 but they charged 1847. I asked to the hotel management about this and they agree but my refund is not issued by this hotel blessings bells, i am very frustrated. I have all the proof. If they don't give my refund back i will take action against the hotel.

Property is good as per budget and staff behaviour is disciplined, clean rooms, and well daily essential provides by staff

Brake fast not given

Staff was cooperative but the hotel wasnt that much taking care of hygiene and location was perfect near the railway station.

Pathetic service & hygiene standards.
