Staffs were very friendly rooms were comfortable. I had a nice experience there. I will. Recommend everyone that they can stay good night here.

Hotel is good but you have to ask for every service. Ac remote was not there in the room i have to go and fetch it by myself. Water was not coming efficiently from the tap

1. Hotel cleanliness was not upto the mark. 2. Only one person was there to take of hotel. 3. At first i had book the hotel with breakfast and breakfast was horrible and very cheap breakfast. Its look like they given me from roadside. And they never asked me for breakfast. 4. Too much mosquitoes was there and unable to take a good sleep. I have complained lot of time but nothing can be done from there side.

The property is situated on the first floor and escalators are not available. We had to carry our luggage on our own. There was a thick layer of dust behind the bed and taps etc were damaged. Poor hygiene was all around. Rooms are not sound proof, traffic noise and other sounds made the stay horrible.

Small rooms, no restaurant or room service, no lift, no tv, poor hygiene, no washed bed sheets even. Terrible
