I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the service. There was no waiter available when needed, and overall, the service was poor. I expected a more attentive and responsive staff. Unfortunately, this impacted my experience negatively. I hope the management works on improving the service for future guests.

I had a terrible experience at the blue diamond hotel. Windows were broken, charging sockets were not working, there was no mirror in the room and the place smelled. Not at all worth the price.

This hotel is running in only two or three rooms. No facility available of resturant. There is no cleanness in this hotel. No drinking water provided by hotel even makemy trip has charged over price. I have paid additional money for breakfast for three persons, but there is no arrangement of breakfast.

I never stayed at the hotel due to a medical emergency, also when i tried calling the hotel multiple times they never picked up my call. Was there any guarantee that i would have a problem reaching the hotel they would have picked my call.

The guy at the reception was rude. My ac, flush and bulb in the washroom wasn't working. Bed sheet wasn't clean as well.

The money was too much according to room or my break fast included, which they did not give me, made a wise excuse, there was water in the bathroom drain for a long time, even after explaining that they did not change my room, it was fair. The behavior of the staff was quite rude. I would never say no to choosing this hotel.

Worst experience, need to remove from your booking list.

The hotel was undergoing repair and i could understand the problems. But the manger was uncooperative. There was no tv in the room and the promise to give one the next day didn't happen. They refused the request to change the room. As such the room and bathroom were clean but the fabrics. The fabrics weren't that clean overall it was a bad experience. But paying nearly 1200 rupees for no facilities was like a loot.

Very bad hotel was under construction and thats why my experience was very bad and it was wrong that you did not show that it was under construction

Non co operative manager with rude behaviour, tv is not functional. Bed sheets and blanket cover is very old and torn-ed. Provide only 1 towel for couple for 2 nights. Room is neat and clean but furniture is in wrist condition. May be due to renovation is being going on.
