This property is a newly constructed one rooms are neat tidy and comfortable better to provide 1 litre drinking water instead of small bottle generator noise was disturbing the sleep restaurant was not fully functional break fast appeared to be bought from outside and served in the rooms no choice of food no tea or coffee breakfast was served late by 8. 30 am even after my request for a check out by 8 am our program was delayed because of the complementary breakfast if we were told before hand we would have gone to some other restaurants. Stay was comfortable bathrooms were neat and modern bed was cosy overall experience was good restaurant service must improve in the coming days

Hotel ambience is very neat and clean, rooms are very clean and comfortable, front office reception persons is very helpful and very sincere. House keeping persons or very humble, only break fast quality has to be improved. Hotel is very comfortable nicole to railway station. Car parking with drivers room was provided. Overall HOTEL BLUEMOON rooms is neat clean and hygienic. I will recommend this HOTEL BLUEMOON for my friends and relatives.

Location: Excellent location, on the main road, well connected with the city and the nearest Airport and Tuticorin. Food: The provided was excellent and tasty, though no restaurant existed on the Lodge campus, the required foods were provided as room service. Amenities and Service: Excellent, not expected of from a lodge normally in the small localities like Tirunelveli.

We booked the room as a couple. We booked a standard room. But when we got there, they said that there is only a room with a single cot bed. But that's okay, the room was amazing. The smell of the room was very nice. We went to take breakfast in the morning and the people there were very friendly. Mainly the way the receptionist interacted with me impressed me a lot.

On the whole good. Location close to the tuticorin-chennai by-pass makes it convenient to get-on and out of tirunelveli. Tuticorin airport is about an hour and madurai is close to 2:30 hours (non-stop. Very good breakfast (variety and quality) and good room service (restaurant is getting renovated)

This HOTEL BLUEMOON was a breath of fresh air in the temple circuit trail of tamil nadu. The property was extremely well maintained, the staff was really courteous and attended to us very quickly. They also gave us complimentary fruits. Highly recommend the stay here. It is worth every penny.

The HOTEL BLUEMOON rooms were extremely good and neat only drawback is the food and room service was not that good. The HOTEL BLUEMOON has no resturant and was outsourcing it from outside so there was a delay in that also room service was very slow.
