Perhaps the best hotel in sasaram. Location wise, service wise, room wise, this is a recommended hotel for stay at sasaram. We stayed at the executive twin room. The room was very spacious with clean restrooms. They provide you an electric kettle and cups on request for making tea. Hot water through the tap is provided during winter. We stayed in september this year, so it was not needed. The provided sleepers as well. The restaurant "haveli" was very good too with many options and prompt service. The staff even made a chicken sandwich on request during dinner time.

Very nice service. Comfortable stay.

Stay was comfortable. Hotel in centrally located. Also on the main Road and near to railway Station. Staff behaviour is good. However be/f needs lot of improvements

There was only one problem in the food bill. They charged extra than the price on bill example - i have ordered food for 380 and they bill 504 when i complained that told us they manage in next order but didn't do this

Hotel was located at a nice place. Room: it was good however fan regulator was not working. You cannot decrease the fan speed. Food: options are less and they were taking too much time to serve the food. Breakfast: no choice available others: there were no ac or fan in the reception area. It was really hot. Good location. Parking is available rooms are spacious. Clean bathrooms. Food in the restaurant is good. Only drawback is there is no facility for hot water for bathing
