Review Of HOTEL BONANZA

The reception was large and the staff behaviour was great. The room was big and had a mini bar and soft drinks. The bathroom was clean and big. I loved the stay very much.

The room was neat and clean. It was right on the highway so good if you want to travel further, can be a good option. The breakfast spread is not that lavish but is descent.

The stay was good, rooms are clean and staff is helpful. The breakfast buffet was disappointing with very limited options and the hotel was out of stock for basic toiletries.

The room was good as expected, and the service was decent for a hotel in this range. However, there were a few major issues. The balcony door was not working, which was quite inconvenient. The biggest problem came during check-out. I had cancelled my earlier booking (which did not include breakfast) and rebooked by paying the full amount that included breakfast. Despite this, the hotel still charged me extra for breakfast. The front desk service was extremely disappointing. Even after showing them both booking details, they failed to recognize which booking was cancelled. They simply blamed MMT. Later, when I contacted MMT, they confirmed the error was not on their side and compensated me with a booking voucher. I travelled across Munnar, Thekkady, and Kochi, and everywhere else I experienced warm and wonderful hospitality. Unfortunately, because of this hotel’s poor handling, I had to reduce my Kerala tour from 10 days to 8 days.

The room was good and value for money. The food was quality and reasonable. The charging for drinking water is not acceptable

Staff was warm and welcoming. Food was good.. loved their service. Room was neat and clean at the good location..

Hotel bonanza is well maintained, food quality can be improved. Staff is not well trained in English. They are communicating more in local language which is bit difficult for outsiders to understand and communicate.

The facilities were well-maintained and met all my needs. I particularly enjoyed the food – the breakfast spread was delicious and offered a good variety. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely consider staying here again. Looking forward to receiving the discount!

Ambience of hotel is superb.Room was spacious and quite clean. Swimming pool at the terrace was worth.staff was very polite and helpful in every aspect.Overall value for money.location and proximity to main areas was quite approachable.
