Nice peaceful stay and clean rooms with good staff members
Good Staff and clean room with all basic amenities, i found this property via Make My Trip and local transport is just round the corner. The hotel is near highway in Kulupwadi, Boriwali East and has 2 metro stations near by Devipada and Rashtriya Udyan both are at walking distance

Poor Stay
Bathroom and toilet is not upto the mark. Room wall condition is also dirty and unhygienic.

Poor Stay
family1. No basic facilities in rooms like kettle, after informing - towels were sent, no table mosquitoes repellent. 2. Very limited breakfast option 3. Hygiene issues- wall color, curtains with dust 4. 2nd day - water supply was not there despite informing at the counter no one bothered to start 5. Very small and cosy rooms despite executive triple room booked. Would not recommend and prefer to stay again. Pictures were very displayed but when entered hotel and room, it was extremely unpleasant feel.

Good Stay
The hotel was located at good location it was convent to access every where the. Very first time room allotted was bit okay but when asked to change it they took a quick action and helped me with the other room wich was much above then my expectations staff was bit cooperative but the rates charged for food is much high in terms of their service charge rest all was perfect

Not so good experience
The rooms are not at all well maintained. Staff is helpful but the place is not so good. Feels claustrophobic

It was the most pathetic place to stay, it was like a fraud, people were making noises all night and running here and there at night. The room was stinking.

Service and availability
coupleHotel manger took charges for water bottles which is i think offer complimentary by hotel, and yes i booked room in advance still when i was there that time they guys less availability of room n ask to wait in different room which is good i think. Overall bad experience with this hotel

Average Stay
Very small 6*8 feet room, even a single person can't feel relaxed, and price is very high compared to room size. room pics posted very cleverly showing only bed pic and colour also taken very bright, in actual that bed is the room area only with very dull wall colour. Also they will not change the bedsheet and comferter covers regularly. It's a very average hotel with high price rate.

The reception person was very rude in behaviour and the room which they provide was so small as what i had paid it was not worth their is no place to eat food we adjusted it on the bed the room which was shown to me in the app it was not like that
