Some water leakage on floor in room are probably to be resolved but no one has been able to get a replacement for the same condition as the bathroom has been fitted with water heating systems

Budget hotel

Its good place to stay in Ujjain, all facilities are good. Food, service, rooms, staffs, good. Place is quite and beautiful. Room are clean, big parking spaces, Near to Mahakal temple and highway, best for value.

Best hotel near Mahakal temple. Morning breakfast was very good. Front office staff also very comparative. Good parking space and driver accommodation. Best for family stay for one-night. Good cleaning and everything.

One of the best hotel in my budget, not great service as far as I concern I just book hotel after reached the Ujjain and also very good dinner and breakfast. Very polite staff. Everything is very good.

Sir it looks u have no interference while booking. It was the worst experience in my life. Room no 501 was allotted at trace which is meant for servant. Worst amenities, swelling, dirty etc. I booked for three persons and third bed was about 4ft length. Charged from me per day while room worth is rs 500 only. Behavior of receptionist and owner are very rude. Regards.

1. near to railway station 2. charged extra for early check-in 3. room was given on 3rd floor with very slow lift which sometimes don't work 4. very expensive considering the amenities

The Hotel rooms doesn't match the pictures
