Hotel Broadways Inn

The Hotel Broadways Inn is good, the staff is welcoming. Let me get straight to the point the bad experience was on the food part and the pricing. Well it probably depends on your luck too. The food “chicken chilli” was great but then in the evening we ordered butter chicken which tasted like half a gallon of salt. And the 40rs pepsi was priced 40+70 plus 5 percent tax on everything. I have no idea what the 5percent tax is, they don’t claim it to be service tax. So if you stay here your stay will be great but just be cautious while ordering it will totally be on fate if your food will taste good or not that day. )

We had a stay for 4 nits here, breakfast was delicious, food service was ok, manager, staff and food incharge hospitality was good. Well trained staff, our deluxe room had view of hampta pass. This property is hardly 1-1. 5km from hidimba temple and 2kms from mall road. No outdoor games for kids or indoor games for even adults except chess and snakes n ladders. Rest overall great experience.

The staff is humble and co-operative. The food is delicious. The Hotel Broadways Inn is provided with all amenities. We were staying in super deluxe room with balcony. It has awesome mountain and valley view. The Hotel Broadways Inn is close to mall road at walking distance and all local tourist places. They provided a good taxi driver for trip to rohtang. Overall, it was an excellent stay.

The Hotel Broadways Inn is situated very near to mall road, ten minutes walking distance and next to hidimba temple. Rooms are clean and gives a great view of the mountains. The staff of the Hotel Broadways Inn are extremely courteous. The price is also very reasonable. Even the Hotel Broadways Inn food is nice. Perfect place for stay for trip to manali.

Hotel location is good it’s up on hill good parking space near to hadimba temple room was actually big size problem face by me 1)heater was no effective at all 2) their was no hot water in our room they provide us different room only for fresh n up 3)food was not good at all prefer manali market food rather then Hotel Broadways Inn food

I would rate 5/5 to this property. The Hotel Broadways Inn room are clean and nice. The view from the Hotel Broadways Inn balcony is very beautiful. The best part is the service they provide. Truly humble and helpful staff. If i get the chance in future to visit manali again, i would blindly book the same Hotel Broadways Inn.

It was a pleasure staying there at broadway inn. Staff’s are really humble and helpful. Start from fooding till stay everything was pleasurable. Never had to call twice for anything. Everything was on time. Breakfast was really nice. They extended the staying for couple of hours upon request without any extra charge.

Would give a 5-star rating to this property. The view from balcony was beautiful. Room service and cleanliness was maintained very well. 24 hrs running hot water. Staff service was excellent. The location is very peaceful 1 km away from mall road. Would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting manali.

No one updated about gym, swimming pool facilities are there. Staff behavior was good enough. Spa staff was on leave for 15 days.

I was reached Hotel Broadways Inn in noon, i missed my breakfast then they had give me lunch and they charged for it around 700. But while i had already paid for breakfast where is my money? who will give my money back? this thing i really don't like.
