It was very nice and comfortable stay. The staff and cleanliness was maintained . Staffs were supportive.

I have visited Patna for the first time and as per the review I booked this hotel.It is a genuinely good place to stay and hospitality is also fantastic.The location is amazing room service is amazing.Outside food is also allowed. This hotel will be my priority every time I have to stay here.The facilities are provided as stated in the policy so good job on that too.Much Appreciated 👏

Food was excellent and the stay was also very good. Distance from station is 6-7km. Area was not very crowded. Behaviour of the hotel staffs is very helpful.

The property is good and looks royal..but its not maintained. The bed in my room made a lot of noise every time I moved, which disturbed my sleep. I would suggest the management to fix or replace the bed to make the stay more comfortable for future guests. The washroom amenties needs somes renovation ..sink was too small. The staffs needs to be trained more on hospitality as they were nice but were lacking professional etiquettes. The foods needs an urgent attention as the breakfast buffet served there was not upto to the mark. The kitchen doors were open where i saw chef eating gutkha while preparing food. So this is something which needs utmost attention . Overall it was average. It would have been best at this price if these things pointed out by guest are considered.

Pleasethis is worst hotel i have booked I checked in at 11 at night to sleep better because i want to leave early morning and all night i was not able to sleep because of ac not working and the dust in room and bed is so dirty dust is coming out from bed and after this all night i have itching in my body so i decided to sleep at floor but floor is also so dirty so i decided no to sleep just pass time and leave
