The hotel is outside the main city so the stay was quite peaceful. The room was excellent and the food was quite delicious. The staff is very nice and thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality

Best hotel in palampur in reasonable price. Staff was so helpful l and cooperative. Food was so yummy. Rooms are neat and clean.

On the out skirt of Palampur,it’s a nice place to stay. Basically it’s a marriage destination but very good location to stay if you want to visit Kangra/Bir Billing/Chamunda je/Dharamshala & Mclodgang. View from Hotel is very nice. And staff is very very humble. Hotel manager Sanjeev is very polite and informative. Staff member Jivan was very assistive & prompt in providing services. And food served was nicely cooked and served. Overall experience was excellent. I highly recommend this property for stay. Value for money 👌

Excellent hotel and located at place from where scenic beauty can be appreciated. Hotel staff is very courteous and they have really taken care of us very well. In fact, hotel has upgraded our stay with super deluxe suit as against deluxe suits and provided us a complementary breakfast too.

It was a nice and comfortable stay for 3 nights. Rooms and washrooms are very spacious, neat and clean. Staff is very courteous and service is pretty fast. Food is not very expensive and the quality was as per our expectation (very good). There was no variation in the buffet breakfast, suggested if they can offer eggs to order in breakfast.

I traveled with my family. Wanted to spend some time away from the crowded city. I found Buddha Mal Castle a great location to stay. Very humble staff and promptly service. Willing to stay again.
