Terrible Stay
It is very bad experience. Too bad not worth, waited 1 hour for room to check in worst rooms, towels too bad, soap and toiletries can not be used so worst

Room stay was comfortable and restaurant service needs to be improved and no transparency in billing system as i was charged rs 2400 against the actual billing of rs 2352 for taking food.

Hotel, staff and food
I recently had the pleasure of staying at hotel candle wood, and it was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment i walked in, the staff, especially the receptionist mr. Jawahar, greeted me with warmth and professionalism, making check-in a breeze. The dining experience at the hotel was a highlight. The on-site restaurant, the quality of the food was outstanding, and the waitstaff, provided attentive service without being intrusive. Overall, hotel candle wood exceeded my expectations with its exceptional service, delicious cuisine, and luxurious accommodations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable stay! cu z other than services and quality of room and food we want on emore thing that is the behaviour and politeness of staff working there, and this is where this hotel candle wood takes the bet! so just feel free and visit without thinking twice like i did!

Don't go
First of all i will recommend you don't go there. Day 1:we check-in into the hotel for the first 5 hours was good after that i booked a car through the hotel and honestly i am honestly saying please don't book a car or cab through any hotel. The cab driver's behaviour was too ugly and disrespectful they switch off/switch on ac as well as music for personal use and say this is not for customer. Day 2: good clean room, no coffee bag provided and after check out they charge me breakfast food per person but at check-in time they told me breakfast charge per room after that i pay per person breakfast charge without gst invoice

Worst experience
Worst experience, room was too small, bathroom was too congested funny part was to turn on the ac you have to call the reception so they will turn it on. No fridge as mentioned in the amenities.
