Our stay is quite good. The employees there are quite helpful. The bathroom is very clean and there are no mosquitoes. Very happy with the stay there.

The frontage of the hotel needs to improve. However, the staff was polite and helpfull. The rooms were good enough if you are solo Traveller. They even allowed early check-in and made my stay pleasant. Good quality food with prompt service.

Stay in Hotel Capella is a good choice of me. Room condition, staff, food, hospitalisation are all good. Hotel situated in centre location. Nearby communications are well connected. But there is one issue. Lift facility is not available

Great location, hardly 100 meters from park street. Friendly hotel staff great service, clean and quite a big room but only on is small bathroom though clean but was small. On whole with value for money hotel.

This was fourth time I visited this hotel in 3 years. Food menu is limited but taste is like home-made food. Staff has very good behaviour. Cleanliness is awesome. Only thing need is lift facility.

I stayed there for a visa interview with US Consulate which is 15 mins walk from this hotel.
Value for money and staff were cordial.

Location is ok, but property is not good to stay for more than one day

Rooms were very old, towels are old and brake fast only one option, not worth for the charges paid, it should be rated for price 1000 to 1200-

They mention the room on second floor but as second floors above reception are not owned by the hotel the second floor which they say is forth floor and so on. Moreover there is no lift facility in the hotel. The bathrooms were so congested.

The rooms were tidy but few functional issues were there. Eg. Few lights had no bulbs in it. The geyser was million years old. I waited 45mins but not even a droplet of warm water. Owner dosent know hotel server's few breakfast items. In reality they do. Staff was friendly for sure. And i am happy about it.
