Poor hygiene

It is worst property i have ever stayed before. There was very poor condition of room. No proper parking available. No window in rooms.

Very very poor experience in this hotel. No any facilities, guest not allowed. I am feeling like stay in general lodges.

The room size is very small and not clean also and staff is not cooperative.

Not good hotel according to price paid, towel not provided early tv fitted afterwards room very small was like a local lodge

Hotel castle inn, very bed hotel service, manager behaviour so ruf, very costly, compair there room's and manager d emend extra charges.

Very good experience and baga beach is very near all party spots are near it active places in goa rooms are good

It was a pathetic experience. They even don't give a single bottle of water. The room was cramped. There were suitcases laundry lying in the narrow passage in front of the room entrance. I never had such experience

Rooms are so consusted, receiptionist was arrogant. No proper hygiene maintain. There was dirty on duty floor when we entered room. Not satisfied.

Very congested bathroom, no ventilation, tv is not working properly when ever we want to on the tv we have to call room boys,

Room is very small. Water seapage is there. Very little, almost nil, space for moving around. Room at ground floor is stinking due to foul smell from sewage. Food is not available. However, it is average considering that it is in mumbai.

Room was good, swimming pool was very clean. Hotel owner were very polite. Few of the staff members were not good, sometimes they don't listen. I stayed for two nights but they did not change the bedsheet even after saying. When i reported to owner, he immediately asked the staff to do that. Overall stay was ok. Only thing you may face is the connectivity to beaches. Due to which you may have to land up extra cost whenever you want to go out. If you have your own vehicle then this is not an issue.

Hotel is located just a minute walk from csmt. However, the cleanliness and standard of the hotel is not good. We seen cockroaches in the room and the room size is too small and low floor. Front desk staff is not friendly. Not recommended for those looking for some standards!

There is no proper hygiene. No proper service. If you order food it will come after ages. The washroom was pathetic, the sink was getting blocked and water was leaking from the toilet. The rooms are very small. If you have no other option stay here.

Worst experience as room was very compact n not cleaned. Washroom was also not cleaned.

प्रॉपर्टी का बिहेवियर ठीक नही है! रूम मे क्लीनिंग नही! बात करने का तरीका रूड था! बाथरूम साफ नही!

Located nearer to cs-mt which is easily accessible. However the rooms are really small for a deluxe type. They can't increase the space but for sure they can reduce the price. At 4k p. Night highly priced.

room was clean, staff was good. I reached hotel early, so they kept our luggage at reception and let us use common washroom.
