Nice well maintained rooms. Neat and clean toilet. Very humble and decent staff. I shall recommend this for all who are visiting roorkee.

Rooms were a bit smaller than imagined but the service was exceptional. Rooms and bathrooms were also clean and neat. Located at a five minute walking distance to iit campus so best stay for those who have business in the campus.

I stayed at this hotel for a day, visiting my nephew in iit campus. Stayed in executive room stay, location, food, staff, cleanliness - evening was good.

Location is walkable to century gate of iit roorkee. So it was perfect for us as we went for admission process. Food is also excellent and hotel staff was helpful

The stay was very comfortable and the staff were really helpful and friendly and their service was also quite quick and responsive. All together a very good place to stay. The room was really neat and clean. All the facilities provided were top notch for the price. The ambience of the room was also good. The stay was really value for money.

The location of the Hotel was very good and easy to locate. Nice and peaceful locality. The staff was very cooperative and process of check-in and check out were smooth. Nice and clean rooms, good breakfast. Overall good experience.

We had booked the hotel for our family stay as I had come to IIT Roorkee. Location: the location is excellent, just 100 meters away from century gate of the campus. The hotel is located in the civil lines market area and you can get everything here. Cleanliness the rooms smelled fresh and were properly cleaned before the keys were handed over to us. Service in the hotel was very good. The staff was courteous, they put the extra bed as per our conversation on the phone call. Check-in formalities were completed within 5 minutes. Food lemon tea is great here! It was hitting cold when we reached Roorkee and we intended to roam around a bit before settling in our room. Unfortunately, we couldn't do so because of the weather but the hotel was such that we felt extremely comfortable, warm and relaxed in the room. We didn't mind staying in once we were back. Book this hotel without giving any second thoughts!

Rooms are very spacious, staff is very well behaved and food is delicious. They have their own restaurant where you can explore in a wide variety of menu.
