Location is excellent and room are quite good. Behavior of all the staff whom we met are very nice and cordial. Specially for senior citizens it should be wheel chair friendly and should have a wheelchair and ramp at the entrance

The room size is very big with overall cleanliness up to the mark. Much better stay than the other hotels in the area at this price. Location is also very good for people targeting work at Sevoke Road and Siliguri overall.
