I had a pleasant stay at Hotel central residency]. The room was clean and well-maintained, the staff was polite and helpful, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was quite relaxing. The food quality was good, and the location is perfect – close to major attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Worth the price!

hotel is located about 1.5 km from varanasi junction and about 3.0 km from main temple. food price is ok. services and staff behavior is good but lift is not available. location is good .hotel is on the main road and near sigra mall.

This is a very small property. No lift, no kettle, very tiny room which is 7x 3 in dimension. Booked based on reviews which backfired.

Don't think it is a hotel. It is a very small property with only 5 rooms in it. Rooms are very small. Hardly any service provided. They will give you a towel and 2 rupees soap bar and a 2 rupee shampoo satche. That is it!! They will charge even for water. We booked breakfast included rooms and in breakfast on day 1, they only offered puri+sabji with chai. That is it!

Actually it's wrong decision for selecting this property. Hotel without kitchen no lift and got the room on 3rd floor. Bed sheets are not fresh, and cleaning is not up to the mark. Remove from your list so that others are not suffer.

Stay was good. Room is small but clean. Washroom is small but clean. Food is delicious. They cook food on order hence good food.

The location is good but far from the kashi vishwanath, sankatmochen temples, bhu and ghats the staff is very cooperative. Facilities ok, but room size is small.

The hotel was in the market with availability of conveyance on the maine road itself where the entrance of the hotel opens. We have all sorts of shops nearby with ip mall, macdonald's, kulharr chai nearby. The food was too tasty available here, menu card available in the hotel room includes all sorts of items including bfast, lunch, dinner veg/non veg, beverages snacks etc. Room service was wonderful.

Downside is lift unavailability but it's location is good many branded shops are nearby also all religious places are within 3km vicinity. Rooms are a bit small so that is also a downside but service is fast.

Mopping is not done, dust is there on the floor and the entrance is filled with mud. No associated parking place is there, you have to park your car on the road side.

Hotel does not have elevator lift. No running hot water for 24 hours. Breakfast is average. Cleanliness is not so good. Amount of food in restaurant is less compared to price. Staff behavior is good. This is not a 3 star hotel.
