Very worst hotel. Situated 2km away from main market and for going there we have to pay 300 rs to cab. No cleaning of room. Room service is very poor. Very small room like some Dharamshala. Bad odour is there in the room and washroom. I asked for some room freshener but in 2 days they have not provided. Very bad experience. Don't know how MMT ties up with these types of hotels without visiting them.

Hotel is very far from centre. There are no facility for food tea etc. There are no helper for us for luggage. The hotel is very down from the road. Rooms are very small. Not clean. I do not know make my trip attached with in his channel. I request to MMT kindly out from their channel.

Make my trip please show some respect to the tourists. I had booked the hotel only with believe of make my trip but FAILED. Why dont you send your people to check out the condition of hotel before registering in your site. Why are you humiliating us.

The hotel Central View, Darjeeling is very bad hotel. I advise viewer not to book this hotel. Makemytrip also not dealing with customer properly. Anybody who wants to see the photographs I will send. Neither water given in the room nor bedsheet changed. After giving phone to makemytrip manager changed the bedsheet but not good one. The water is also not aquaguard water. Also there was a very bad smell. No towel is given. The blanket is very bad smell. The carpet is not cleaned several months. The TV is small.
