Stay was excellent. Very hospital staff food gud quality though little expensive. Heating arrangement in severe cold pretty gud. Location of hotel too gud.

Location is nice and appealing

Nice staff rooms are cozy, neat and clean rooms and washrooms. Approachable place near to dal lake. The only thing which pinched to me is food, food is very very expensive as compared to other good hotels.

Good location, cooperative and courteous staff. Excellent food quality. Room though compact is comfortable. Wifi available. Hot water in bathrooms. Heated rooms. Very good overall experience.
