Review Of Hotel Chanakya

Rooms were old fashioned and small. It was giving the feelings of the rooms of a training institute. The hotel staff was not courteous. They even don't know the "H" of hospitality. Food options were not there. Only 3 items, aalo jeera, dal and mix veg. Water served was smelling, after putting some pressure, they served the water bottle.

Hosting for breakfast and dinner by staff at Restaurant is awesome, specially chef Raju, made for me out of there menu, Thanx a lot all of you at Chanakya

Hotel cleanliness,maintenance is slow and out dated.Furniture not renovated.Location good.Buffet break fast is quite pathetic.Staff very limited to handle guests.Items in buffet also very less.Need improvement

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Chanakya in Patna. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional, ensuring a smooth check-in and comfortable stay. I booked a city-view room, but upon arrival, i was given a different room without the promised view. This was disappointing as i had specifically chosen this option. Additionally, there was a leakage near the bed, causing a bad smell in the room, which made it difficult to sleep properly. This greatly affected my comfort during the stay. On a positive note, the staff was polite and helpful. I requested them to change my room and they changed it. After midnight i was get lilo bit more comfortable due to that overall it was disappointing stay at chanakya. Sorry i didn’t take photo usually. So i dont have any photos. Price and quality of room does not match. Max price of this type of room should be 2000 rs. It's just name nothing good here. Food price is more than 5 star with below star quality.

Hotel is better placed within the prime location and food quality is good. Reception staff services could be improved to make it more accommodating for the customer
