Hotel is not as it is shown in pictures. Bad smell in gallery areas.

Lack of gluten free food in their restaurant. Poor air conditioner functioning.

Nice to stay. More facilities can be added

We stayed for two days. Staff was nice. Food was good. I stayed with my family. There is also a backup generator.

The economy room was very well-rounded. The reception and restaurant staff were very polite and professional, too. The food was very delicious and reasonably priced as well. Highly recommended property for a brief stay.

Room was decent. However, floor was not cleaned for dust as we checked in. Also, we were not provided with towel when we asked. We were repeatedly calling the staff for the lack of water in flush and basin. There were recurrent electricity cuts. It was an average stay.

This property is the best value for money. The room was so clean & decent look. The hotel is situated on the best location. It was very cold, but the rooms were equipped with electric blanket & geysers.

Best hotel in udhampur

The room was smelling very bad i said to house keeper but they did not responded. Even small cockroaches were there inside the room. I complained many times but no one responded.

Stay was pathetic. Room was very small and not meant for a couple having a 5 year kid accompanying. Ac was in its worst condition and was not working when we reached. Staff's response was that it will take some time to work and be-fooling us like we have not any acs at our home or we don't know that how an ac should work. Once it started working after 45 min, it was very slow and leakage through ac was all over the room. Overall the stay was pathetic.
