Review Of Hotel Chandra Deep By WB Inn

They tried to misguide me when i called them so that i could go to another hotel. Somehow, i reached the hotel and insisted that i have booking in this hotel then they allotted me the room 210 which was not in the livable condition. Bed sheets, towel, pillow, bathroom, mirror etc. Was very dirty. Ac, tv were not working. It was already 9. 30pm. I argued with the management at the reception. Somehow, after sometime, they allotted me room no. 208 which was in better condition but still lacking in many ways. I was tired and had no option but to stay in that room. Please do some needful so that others could not be cheated. If possible the price which i have paid for booking this hotel may be refunded to me.

Not at all clean, have to change room 2 times in one repair was going on in other ac was not working bathrooms were very unclean even bedsheets and pillows were dirty. Oke of the worst property to stay.

Ac, tv & intercom not working and room service is very poor

Rooms are dirty, without any standard amenities

Bathroom fittings are not working properly. Not cleaned as well. Water bottle was refilled plastic one.

This was my third stay with a hotel from wb. Must say, appropriate pricing and convenient locations are their usp.
