Very friendly and caring staff, economical, very safe for women staying alone also. Situated very close to main road and access to all amenities qs so easy.

This hotel is so neat and clean that one can live very comfortably here. Air conditioning is good, the bathroom modern with shining fitting, hot water. Beds comfortable with white shining linens. Service is very good. Courteous, humble. I would love to stay again here.

The rooms are clean with tidy washroom, supportive staff to meet your requirements. The property has nice food& snacks in their vicinity with ample varieties to choose. Overall the stay was comfortable.

4. The hotel is cozy with really nice staff to take care of you. The hotel rooms might feel small but they are remarkably clean and well maintained. Ac and washroom is up to the mark and a very pleasant stay.

Dear makemytrip, i am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the level of customer service i received during my recent stay at hotel chandra palace. As a frequent traveler, i understand that not every hotel experience can be perfect, but the issues i encountered during my stay were unacceptable. Here are the details of my experience: -air conditioning malfunction. -unresponsive staff. When i approached the front desk to address the air conditioning issue, the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful. Their lack of urgency and failure to provide a solution added to my frustration. -housekeeping oversight: additionally, my room was not cleaned properly. The bathroom had visible stains, and the bed linens were wrinkled and disheveled.
