Considering the hotel tariff room was Very unhygienic. Bed sheet and pillow covers were very dirty. Bathroom was also very unhygienic. In entire rooms insects and ant were wandering

Stay at chattisgarh palace was quite good. Pure vegetarian food at the hotel was a plus for me and it was tasty as well. The hotel rooms were spacious and clean and a big lawn outside attracts you. On the main nagpur and rajnandgaon highway so well connect. Service was a bit slow bit all other things were okay. Nice experience. Pathetic management at the hotel. We booked certain category of the rooms but our booking was nit reflected in their system. After too much of discussion they provided us a few rooms with lower category which ended up into arguments. Ac of the room was not working. After a tiring day, we struggled to get basic facilities at the hotel. Avoid it, if you have other options.
