Good hotel for family stay. Well maintained. Clean & hygienic. Food was homely & tasty. Staffs are polite & cooperative.

Clean and well spaced room. Clean bathroom. Staffs behaved well. But the food price is high and also they take extra service charge whether you will take room service or not. If you take your food from them they'll charge. Also they charge extra for the water bottle on the name of service. Otherwise, based on room's quality, it's really good.

The rooms were nice, the service was on time and good, food was okay, 8 mins walk from the beach. Very airy and good comfortable stay. All amenities were in sound condition.

Excellent stay. Staff behaviour, food, room service, rooms were so nice. But the location is little away from the beach and there is no view of the beach from the hotel. However, the stay is so nice and memorable. Specially staff behaviour was so cordial and homely.

Property is good and clean. Most important behavior of staff is too good. Only one problem is little far from sea beach.

This was a nice stay in hotel i, all staff were very good and co operative. Food was also very tasty. Location wise it was also close to the sea, you can reach at the beach by walking.

Stay was overall good. Location was very near to sea beach. Staff were courteous. Room tariff was a bit costly since there was no lift in the hotel. Anyways we enjoyed our stay.

Good hotel to be in .. Nice calm place. If you want to play with waves then this is not the location ... A good place to relax. A weekend destination ... Can enjoy fresh fish ... Hotel chhuti as well as other restaurants would cook the same

Road Communication is good. Food is good. Hotel staff are friendly. Hotel need to has intercom. Parking facilities is available but may be problem in big car. Gisser is not available. Problem in winter season to Bath.

1. Beach is 7 minutes away by main road, there is a rare used short route to Red Crab zone of beach beside of this hotel. 2. Don't try local restaurants food, its expensive and bogus, cooking staff of this hotel cooks fabulous variety of foods with room service facility in reasonable price. Rooms as well as the hotel is airy, enlightened and directly exposed to the main road.

Hotel chuti location and room and staff is good.Cleanliness room service is also available in this hotel and also attractive location of hotel. from hotel to bus stand, sea beach is nearest and also popular for this reason I prefer to stay in this hotel.

Hotel chhuti (bakkali, 24 pargana) is an average but tourist friendly hotel. The rooms are airy and clean. The bathroom is also just okay. Ac and fan were working properly. The towels are not very clean. The bed sheets were changed twice during the 4 day stay, while the pillow covers were not changed. The staff are disciplined and well-behaved. The management also seemed ready to assist the guests in almost every need. This hotel is suitable for low budget tourists.

Room was clean and room size is also good as per twin share. But tv is not working & ac remort is also missing. We have to operate ac directly from ac switch. Complementary mineral water is not provided while check in. Complicated breakfast was excellent.

Poor helpdesk support. No geyser in the room. No lift, had a lot of problems with families. The property got ample space but no maintenance.

Price of room is not justified. Staff didn’t seem to be aware of basic hospitality guidelines like proper housekeeping, etc. However, food is descent if you can instruct them how to cook it.
