Good hotel, rooms were neat. Clean toilets, very cooperative staff. Price is high but everything is very good. Staff are very polite and friendly. 24 hours hot water facility, good landline phone facility to order food, reception and housekeeping.

"Hotel Chitra provides an excellent environment for a family and friends stay, characterized by cleanliness and a pleasant atmosphere. The housekeeping services are top-notch. During our stay, we misplaced our sunglasses at the hotel. To our delight, the hotel staff promptly contacted us and arranged for the sunglasses to be sent via courier. We are truly grateful for their exceptional service. Thank you 🙏"

Hotel location is an important perk directly located opposite to chatram bus stand and surrounded by many veg hotels. Double deluxe non ac room with balcony is average but with decent ambient. Overall very good for family stay with low budget.

Property location is one of the greatest perk. Opposite is the chatram bus stand, and there are many veg hotels in walkable distance. Rooms are spacious with decent ambient. Even though lift size is small it is operational. Receptionists are friendly and reciprocating.
