It is quite easy to find location, the property is located just beside the main road. The room was neat and clean, all the amenities were there and properly working. Also the view from hotel was awesome. Balcony wasn't there in any room and the size of room was comparatively smaller than other rooms hotel. Yet it was an awesome stay

The stay was comfortable, there was some issue with room but was immediately rectified on the complaint. Food was good, hotel staff behaviour was nice.

1. Clean, 2. Located in a prominent commercial location, thus, easily accessible, 3. Professional and well-behaved courteous staff, 4. Tasty food from the restaurant, 5. Very tasty and sumptuous breakfast, with many items. You name it and you have it, from idli, dosa to sattu paratha. The breakfast is complimentary. 6. Room ceilings are low. Any person above 6 ft will find his head touching the room ceilings. 7. First they allotted us a very small room, which on our request was changed to a better one, though after a lot of persuasion from our side and hesitation from theirs.

In 1300₹ you get AC Room, surprisingly good breakfast, prime location, lift service, room service, great reception. It is around 7kms from airport, pretty close from Railway station as well. I'll highly recommend this hotel if someone is looking for a budget stay.

"clean and comfy hotel in city centre we had a wonderful stay in charming hotel arthur. Gently refurbished, preserving the old art deco details and yet with a fresh and up-to-date feel. Very clean and lots of space. Wonderful l breakfast with a choice for every diet. Very kind staff and great value for money. Right in the heart of city centre"

Overall experience is good. Neat and clean rooms. The package is good with a moderate breakfast. The food plates provided at the complimentary breakfast are too old and dirty. This needs to be addressed

Staff was very good evening at reception it took minimal time to do the formalities, rooms were clean, little problem with tv but manageable. Overall the experience was very good. Liked it.

My stay at hotel churuwala in was a happy experience, the only chink in the armour was that ac was not working, i enjoyed the breakfast consisting of a variety of food items.

We have booked 2- rooms, 503 & 405. Room 503 is ok find good space & good basic setup. But room 405 is not ok, can improve below things 1. Room sanitation can improve further 2. Curtain are not fitted properly 3. Ac remote was not available, it was reminded two times 4. Toilet sitting was in damage condition 5. Room is very congested 6. Single chair provided with dirty cover it must be improve for good comfort & better hygiene
