Poor maintenance AC is poor in all the rooms. .......no response at all very

I am very much happy about Make my trip, Because your really help me to get a room that hard time, But I have little worried about that hotel receptionist behaviour, But over all good thank you so much for your support

Properry location, food no issues.. But extremely sorry to say that the amenities and service is hopelessly poor.. Hotel is not cleaned everyday Staff attitude is worst to the core Hotel's Only motto is to make money.... Hotel has won many distinguished awards but basic bed structure is not available And don't get me started with the colour and the lighting (BIG ZERO) ATTENTION especially challenged person.. Kindly I request to rather stay in the Ukkadam bus stand platform than to this hotel Useless battery in the remote to switch on the Projector No table No price of mind Properry location, food no issues.. Hotel was not as good as it was shown. No mineral water given, bed sheet was extremely dirty. They changed after repeated requests.

Nice stay experience with large screen display to watch n enjoy ur fav movies n stuff.. food options limited but tasty ! Overall nice !

The property is kind of boutique hotel... Room is ok. Instead of TV, they provided a projector with OTT. Staff and services are pathetic.. Have zero idea about guest relations. No soap in the toilet. Only liquid soap (ugly brand). Rate is also higher than the utility. Location is good. Gandhipuram ...near bus stand and all.

My mother have knee problem, bed is placed in floor, she cant frequently get up from the bed they need to increase the bed height little bit. Food is also not good.

Review: Complimentary breakfast was pathetic, kitchen was unhygenic and unclean, the room service is nonexistent, and room key card stopped working. Hot water doesnt work in the bathrooms, and extra fees were charged for room service that was never ordered.

Ambience is Good. Service & Complimentary breakfast also Good. Nice theatrical experience in a room stay. Overall a pleasant experience.

Please do not miss the experience of your personal room miniplex. All the apps like prime etc are pre loaded and available. It is a concept hotel with all hotel amenities being top notch. Awesome staff, limited good food options though!

property wash rooms were not as clean as it used to be, also mosquitos in the room. sound bar was hanging

Cineplex concept is unique and refreshing from standard hotels. Rooms are small compared to normal ones. You might feel this con if you want plenty of space to move around in the room then u will feel difficult but for couch potatoes this will be heaven. You have a full packed projector screened much larger than 100 inches to serve your cinematic experience. Food served is adequate. Staff will make you feel this is a self service hotel so don't expect hospitality. Overall a good experience if you keep your expectations low. My kid enjoyed the bed-theatre concept but I got scolded from my better half for the cramped space.

Poor service of staff No GST bill provided by the hotel against GST ASSURED property checked during booking will never book again.

No mineral water given, wash room drainage not working, dirty towels, no soap/liquid soap, poor upkeep of rooms,very small rooms,no place for wardrobe, very uncomfotable stay ! Lastly to top it all, reception is a complete watse, post receiving the food bill payment,they ask for screenshots of payment.
