Review Of Hotel Citadel

I was very disappointed with the hygiene standards of the room. The cleanliness was far below acceptable levels – the floors were dirty, the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned, and there was a strong, unpleasant smell that lingered throughout my stay. It seemed like the room hadn’t been aired out or sanitized before my arrival. This made my stay very uncomfortable, and I expected much better in terms of basic hygiene and room upkeep.

Not well bathroom is to dirty and ac is not working properly also in morning gas geyser not get hot water

Bad response from the front desk person. No bell boys. Worst reply or response from the attendent...

Worst experience ever in surat. I booked this hotel as a family. They have asked many proofs for marruage and their behaviour was so roude. Also asked for the extra money to orovide the room in a couple category. which was totally unsafe. Never ever suggest anyone for this property.

Neat clean and in the middle of city so convenience no problem. Overall nice stay. Polite and helpful staff

Pathetic service, they also charge me for a bathroom kit. No cleanliness, staff was rude and non corporative.

Room was not like mention super deluxe and rooms conditions like ok ok and price was very high i was orders tea they get from other side but cups was very dirty and tea try was not clean even.

Property is good with mainstream connectivity. They need to focus on keeping the floors clean daily to avoid bedsheets getting dirty.

Linen & bathroom were not cleaned. There is hygeine issue. Shampoo wasn't given, tv wasn't working then they changed the room as well. Breakfast given in a dirty tray
