The stay was great. The hotel is located at a prime location and transport connectivity is great . The behaviour of the hotel staff is very good ,Ratan ji was very helpful during our stay. i would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is not like what is shown in photos . Rooms are not very clean. Food was good. But there are better hotels with lake views in Udaipur for same price. The pictures of hotel and actual ones are slightly different. Rooms are not very clean, there are cockroaches inside the room.

Had a nice stay in City Express hotel. The family room was clean and had 2 large beds. Location is also great. probably due to huge rush service was slow but still no major concerns. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The stay was really nice. I must say I would definitely prefer this place again due to the food, cleanliness, spacious room, toilet etc. The best part of this hotel, it is nearby to Udaipur Railway Station.

The experience at City Express by Downtown was pleasent. The staff was cooprative and the rooms are compact, yet good enough for a comfortable stay.

It was a very bad hotel, the smell of dying rats was coming from the lift, and the room given to us did not even have a ceiling fan, and the floor of the room was waterlogged due to the AC running, we had to stay there for a day.We bought Tatkal tickets the same day and came back home, our money wasted, we ordered noodles but instead they gave us spaghetti.

Cordial staff. Neat and clean rooms. I was sceptical of their food but it was awesome. Will definitely stay in this one again if I ever visit Udaipur.

We had a truly pleasant stay here. The room was clean, cozy, and well-appointed with all essential amenities. The staff was courteous and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We particularly appreciated the high level of privacy and the professionalism with which everything was managed. Room service was prompt, and the food quality exceeded our expectations.
