well management but they won't provide the mineral water and ac not working properly and staff is polite

Hotel staff are very cooperative and the hotel room is also very clean

Very good staff. Very prompt in, assisting us and guiding us even in midnight to reach to ayodhya. Overall good experience.

No security, no staff, 2nd floor - not safe for family, wrongly mention star category 3

There was a huge smell in the room and washroom with no warm water for the bath. No water bottle and basic toiletries.

No parking no lift hotel in 2nd floor rooms are clean staff is good it's an average hotel

The hotel is located in central market place. The staff was courteous and very accommodating. The hotel tries to give you the best of what they have. This is not a luxury hotel but a decent one. So plan accordingly.
