The receptionist who is an old man is not a good person. He doesn't behave well with guests. He thinks that MMT is doing fraud by selling his rooms at lower price. However the condition of room is pathetic. The AC stopped working after a day. The fan runs at a very slow speed. The switchboards are not properly maintained. The bed and pillow sheets had stains and the room itself was dirty.
