The location is superb as it is nearer to the main market, railway station, palace. Food was good and services were good particularly arjun and priyanka mam were very helpful.

Hotel is very gud.cleanness,device and many things are very nice.behaviour of staff is very nice. in future I will choose this property for stay in bikaner.It is no longer from bikaner railway junction.overall it was a gud stay.

Very Close to Bikaner Station and Junagarh Fort, on road property and easily accessible to all transport. Spacious and Clean rooms, Supportive and Respectful staff. Thank You City Palace and Makemytrip❤️👍

Good enough to stay. The best thing was the room service. I really liked this hotel. Staff of the hotel was good but the receptionist was superb. Overall review was good. Food was very tasty. AC was working properly. Overall all good.

Paid additional rupees for early checked in, my concern is when there were many room was vacant but still they did take charge. Myself and MakeMyTrip person requested for the same without charge but Hotel person denied.
