It's the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, even though we booked a suite. The only good thing about the hotel is its location. It's a very noisy hotel; the insulation provided by the windows is zero, and we had a constant noise from above the ceiling that kept us awake for the two nights we stayed. We think it was from the air conditioners. The bathroom had no soap, shower gel, or shampoo. The hotel service is very poor. When we arrived at the hotel at 7:30 p.m., the room wasn't clean. The breakfast we had ordered that morning was still there. They didn't change our towels or sheets, which were dirty, by the way. The television didn't work. We had to kill a few cockroaches. The price is quite high considering what we paid and the service we received.
